ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solid knowledge in modern synthetic organic chemistry 

• Independently search for references, work on reaction schemes and carry out reaction

• Familiar with compound separation and identification using various analytical instrument and spectra 

• Write ELN accurately and on time
  
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education or Experience (in years): 

- Organic or medicinal chemistry or related disciplines 

- M.S. with 3-7 years industry experience, or Ph.D. with 1-3 years industry experience

• Knowledge and skills: 

- Solid synthetic chemistry and experimental skills

- Demonstrated ability in solving challenging synthetic chemistry problems, Strong desire to learn drug discovery               related knowledge

- Good English reading and writing skill

- Strong sense of responsibility 

- Team player
